At-Home Hearing Test
This feature automatically customizes your Lumen hearing aids to your unique hearing profile. After you take the hearing test your Lumens are automatically configured based on those results for optimal performance.
Intuitive Lexie App
Our free Lexie app gives you control and customization through self-tuning, and educational resources to guide you on your hearing aid journey. Key features include easy-to-use environmental options to help you hear better in different settings, and direct access to customer service via live video calls, chat, or phone support.
Self-Fitting
Fit, tune, and adjust your hearing aids yourself to suit your individual needs through the Lexie app. We ship each Lumen with different sizes and types of domes and 4 different lengths of slim tubes so you can find the most comfortable fit.
Noise Management & Environment Options
Beyond feedback cancellation, Lexie Lumen hearing aids integrate 2 different kinds of technologies to improve your listening experience in a variety of noisy situations. In addition, depending on which of the 6 environment options you choose, its 2 microphones switch between omnidirectional (hearing sounds around you) and directional (hearing sounds in front of you) for an improved listening experience.
Comfort
With its lightweight design you may forget you’re wearing hearing aids and with multiple color options, others may not even notice them. Every Lexie Lumen also ships with 3 different types of domes, in different sizes, along with 4 different lengths of slim tubes, so you can find the most comfortable fit.
Remote Tuning Support
Call in and speak to one of our Lexie Experts who can remotely fine-tune your Lumen hearing aids by sending updated settings directly to your device via the Lexie app.
On-Device Volume Controls
Each hearing aid has a toggle switch to raise and lower volume, allowing you to set a different volume level on each hearing aid. There’s also a separate button to switch between preset listening environments.
Replaceable Batteries
Replaceable 312 zinc-air batteries are included so that you don’t have to plan your day around recharging your hearing aids. In most use cases, each battery should provide 4-5 days of use.
Bluetooth-Enabled
For easy control via the Lexie app.
Optional Companion Microphone
This external accessory streams speech and sounds directly to the hearing aids via Bluetooth. This is helpful in listening situations with high levels of background noise. It offers both an omnidirectional mode (great for large meetings or when many people are speaking) and directional mode when only 1 person is speaking.
Telecoil Connectivity
Your Lexie Lumen hearing aids are equipped with a telecoil, a feature that allows them to connect directly to sound systems in local theaters, public transit, churches, schools, and many more that have installed this capability. Telecoil can significantly improve the way you experience sound in public spaces by broadcasting directly to your hearing aids.
